and tax statement which can be used to prepare the client’s tax return.

services provided by the Bank of New York are supported by a team of highly skilled professionals who serve as specialists in trusts, estates,
tax planning, law, accounting, finance and fiduciary real estate.
8. Unlimited Account Protection
Investors in Pershing accounts enjoy unlimited account protection. The Securities Investor Protection Corp. (SIPC) provides
protection up to $500,000 of which no more than $100,000 can be in cash. The remaining account protection is, of which no more than $1
million can be in cash, is provided by private insurance companies. SIPC and private insurers protect against member business failure but
do not protect against loss of investment principal due to changes in market value. This protection is not equivalent to FDIC insurance.
