Kirsti Karpawich
Kirsti is the Principal of the IPG Amherst office and has served as a benefit advisor and consultant with IPG since 2004. Kirsti is the lead benefit advisor/consultant to over 30 of IPG’s clients, including human service agencies, corporations, municipalities, school districts, and associations. She works with fully insured, self-insured and captive groups and was instrumental in finding a captive solution for IPG clients.
Kirsti currently serves on the Broker Advisory Board for Harvard Pilgrim and the Broker Advisory Board for Tufts Health Freedom Plan and served on the Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Broker Advisory Board for six years. Kirsti has a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Babson’s Olin School of Business. She also holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) Designation through a joint program between the IFEBP and the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining IPG, Kirsti had over 13 years of corporate marketing experience and brought to IPG the ability to help employer groups improve their benefit communications to employees and to analyze all aspects of their benefits programs with a focus on financials, long-range planning and compliance.
Kirsti is a current board member of the New Hampshire Long Term Care Foundation. She lives in Amherst, NH and enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage sons skiing, biking, hiking and traveling.
